Throughout my career, I have held positions as Production Manager, Quality Control Manager, Technical Supervisor, and Consultant for various food industry units.
With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, I have provided consultation for numerous projects involving the establishment and formulation of cornflakes, cake powder, hot beverage powder, wafers, various sauces, and guidance on machinery procurement and laboratory equipment. My expertise includes cost reduction through increased productivity per labor hour and optimization of formulations, enhancing production efficiency and effectiveness through appropriate processing techniques, waste reduction, optimal utilization of machinery, and streamlining production processes.
I have also conducted expert assessments and provided opinions on multiple legal cases related to food quality evaluation, food contamination analysis, determination and evaluation of damages incurred by food factories, assessment and pricing of facilities, factories, and food processing equipment. Additionally, I have developed several comprehensive technical and financial feasibility studies.
