We offer comprehensive consulting services in the field of food manufacturing, providing technical expertise for the food industry. Our expertise includes designing food factories and catering facilities (industrial kitchens) that encompass the necessary workspace and auxiliary areas, optimized workflow processes, efficient machinery and equipment placement, and machinery selection tailored to desired production capacities. Our product portfolio covers a wide range of food items, including various types of biscuits and crackers, an assortment of cakes (such as cupcakes and layered cakes), cookies, pastries, toasted bread, a variety of wafers, and a range of confectioneries, including nougat, toffee, and different types of chocolates such as breakfast chocolates (cocoa cream) and tablets. Additionally, we offer various powdered products, including gelatin powder, pudding, cake powder, hot and cold beverage powders, as well as snacks made from expanded grains, cornflakes, and various processed grains. We also provide a selection of sauces, compotes, and preserves, along with meat and dairy products.

Experiences

Throughout my career, I have held positions as Production Manager, Quality Control Manager, Technical Supervisor, and Consultant for various food industry units.

With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, I have provided consultation for numerous projects involving the establishment and formulation of cornflakes, cake powder, hot beverage powder, wafers, various sauces, and guidance on machinery procurement and laboratory equipment. My expertise includes cost reduction through increased productivity per labor hour and optimization of formulations, enhancing production efficiency and effectiveness through appropriate processing techniques, waste reduction, optimal utilization of machinery, and streamlining production processes.
I have also conducted expert assessments and provided opinions on multiple legal cases related to food quality evaluation, food contamination analysis, determination and evaluation of damages incurred by food factories, assessment and pricing of facilities, factories, and food processing equipment. Additionally, I have developed several comprehensive technical and financial feasibility studies.
